Please read these terms of use carefully. This website includes without limitation the collection of web pages that can be accessed via www.weekendsundries.com, and other on-line services accessible via the Site.
Weekend Sundries provides this site to you and any other person or entity on whose behalf you accept these terms (collectively “You”), subject to these terms. These terms are entered into by and between Weekend Sundries and You, and you accept them by:
(a) Placing an order through this site
(b) Using the site in any other manner; and/or
(c) Acknowledging agreement with these terms.
If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this site.

All material, content and information including but not limited to technical, contractual, product, program, pricing, marketing, and other valuable information, and data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials on the Site shall be and remain the property of WEEKEND SUNDRIES PTE. LTD. Weekend Sundries may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this Site.
Privacy Policy:
Customers are not required to register an account with www.weekendsundries.com to make purchases on the website.
Weekend Sundries does not sell or rent your email address or information such as your credit card number, and address to unrelated third parties. However, we do maintain a database of customers’ information via sign-up on the mailing list, and it is used solely to better the shopping experience of customers such as providing electronic mailer updates about new merchandise. If you do not wish to receive any updates, electronic mailers or any other promotional materials from www.weekendsundries.com, there will be an unsubscribe function with each electronic mailer you receive from www.weekendsundries.com.
Weekend Sundries may from time to time change or update the privacy policy so as to better protect the privacy of our customers. In the event of any changes, we will put up the changes within this page.

Returns & Exchanges:
Returns & Refunds
Weekend Sundries will only provide an exchange or a refund (via Store Credit) if the following conditions are met. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet with the guidelines give below:
1. Item must be returned and received by us within 14 days of delivery date.
2. Item must be returned new, unused, and with all Weekend Sundries garment tags and label still intact.
3. Item must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure adequate protection in transit
4. Customers to bear all shipping costs to return the item to Weekend Sundries.
Returns that are damaged or soiled and do not meet the above requirements will NOT be accepted, and each garment will be individually inspected before a return is accepted. The decision to accept the return lies solely with Weekend Sundries.
All correctly returned products will either be credited to the original purchaser’s Weekend Sundries account via Store Credit, and exclude shipping costs, duties and taxes if incurred.
Exchanges
Weekend Sundries makes every effort to ensure all items are kept to a high manufacturing quality and standard. Should there be an issue with product quality, we reserve the right to thoroughly inspect all returned items, including (but not limited to) sending the item back to the factory for further inspection, before deciding on an appropriate action. This is to ensure that there is adequate quality control by all parties involved.
Exchange is currently only available in Singapore. International exchange and refunds will be evaluated on case by case basis. The customer will bear all shipping costs to return the item to Weekend Sundries.
Refunds must meet the above mentioned criteria and are only accepted in the event that:
1. A defective item was sent to you and a replacement in the exact style, colour and size is no longer available. An item is considered defective if it has an inherent manufacturing flaw.
2. An incorrect item was sent to you and a replacement in the exact style, colour and size is no longer available.
If the fault of the item lies with Weekend Sundries, we will send a replacement item if stock is available at our cost only after a thorough inspection.
For exchange and questions on our return policies, please email hello@weekendsundries.com. All requests for exchange made after the 14 days period will be denied.
*Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
