An order confirmation email will be sent to you once payment is successful.
3. When will I receive my order?
For local deliveries, you will receive your items 2-3 working days after order has been verified. An email will be sent to you once items have been dispatched.
Please kindly note, if your order contains a mix of in-stock item and pre-order/ made-to-order items, the whole order will be sent out together to you once all of the items are ready.
4. Is there a shipping fee?
There is no shipping fee for Standard courier and Self-collection option on all orders above $80. For orders below $80, there will be a $4 standard delivery fee.
5. Do you offer self-collection?
Yes. Please select the option (Self-collection) upon checkout. Please make your way down to collect your item only when you received an email stating that your item is ready for collection.
6. How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be be sent to you after your order has been dispatched.
7. Are all products available online?
No. You may find items from our past collections at our various stockist.
8. Can I return my order after I have received it?
Items valid for Return have to be done so within 14 days of delivery date. Kindly contact us at email@example.com for us to review the case before initiating the Return process. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
9. Can I return a sale item?
No. Purchase of sale items are final and non-refundable.

1. How do I earn points for my purchases?
Simply log in to your account and click on the 'Check Reward' tab at the bottom right of the page. A widget will pop-up, displaying the amount of points you currently have.
2. How do I utilise my points?
From the widget, you may redeem 10% or 15% to use on your order (where applicable). Click on the reward, and a unique discount code will appear. Copy and paste it into the check-out page when you are ready to use the code!
3. Is my reward applicable on sale items?
No. The discount codes are only valid on regular-priced items. You will still be earning points for sale items purchases, but a discount will not be applied on these items.
4. I would like to purchase Sale and Regular priced items. Can I use my rewards?
Sure, you may add these items to your cart and apply your rewards discount at the check-out page. However, the promo code will not be applicable on sale items.
1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been produced. Often times, we source for and procure a limited selection of fabrics (either in fixed yardage or a bolt) from various textile mills and suppliers that we think will work beautifully for our designs. Pre-orders help us to make better decisions on what final sizes and quantities to make before we give the green light. This helps us to reduce excessive wastage of resources and obsolete inventory.
2. How long will a pre-ordered item take?
Upon closing of orders, production will take approximately 4 weeks.
3. Can I exchange my pre-ordered item?
We will gladly allow a one-time exchange of size or with another item of choice depending on availability. Exchange must be processed within 14 days of delivery date. Alternatively, we will issue you an online store credit.
